HomiWise - Associate - Business Development - Sales (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Associate -Sales in Real Estate Organization to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through calls and emails.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment
- Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone and
- Providing relevant data/ information about existing clients/new projects.
- Meeting with customers and clients giving them various investment proposals,briefing them about the product, convincing the customers.
- Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining healthy relationship with them.
- Providing after sales support to the clients and maintaining healthy relationship with them
Exploring the new investment avenues through Market Research.
- Real Estate company working with top premium luxury projects of Gurgaon- DLF, M3M, ROF, EMAAR, BESTECH,PARAS, SIGNATURE GLOBAL, GODREJ and so on.. More than 100 projects. Its a good opportunity to earn with Huge Incentives and rewards. Classy Management Sales Profile.

Candidate Profile: -
- Should be immediate joiner. Male/female Both can apply.
- Graduate/Undergraduate/ Diploma and Fresher eligible for Business development Associate.
- Able to handle sales/marketing process.
- Candidates should have Strong ownership attitude, highly motivated and able to take
Responsibilities :
- For Boys Driving should be known and owning a vehicle will be given to preference.
- Should be computer savvy.
