Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
- Designing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives, including promotions, content marketing and creative strategy.
- Manage and oversee social media content on a daily basis.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
- Creating content for various mediums like blogs, website etc.
- Website administration from a creative and content standpoint.
Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Prior work experience with digital marketing agency is preferable.
- Experience as a Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of design to ensure that all creative output complies with the overall marketing strategy.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
