Homexchange - Customer Relationship Role - Real Estate Vertical (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationship with assigned customers through constant engagement right from intial stage after lead generation
- Handhold customers throughout the journey of existing home sale and new home purchase with a developer partner
- Ensure the process and policy of the company are adhered to and communicated appropriately to the customer
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and high service quality standards by encouraging good sales and customer service practices
- Responsible for maintaining MIS and closely work for preparation of final work Report
- Coordinate and liaise with all internal stakeholders to fulfil customer requirements during the course of engagement
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers and resolve customer issues if any
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in pre or post sales in RE sector at an NBFC/ Developer projects/ Home Finance Company and ideally interfacing with consumers
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage to multi-task
