- Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clients for Site Visits.
- Building Client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Visit Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escort them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed properly.
- Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
- Leads Hygiene provides proper feedback on leads assigned.
