Description :
- Working with one of the leading housing solutions platform, you will be handling regions in Mumbai and will drive top line by efficiency in business by acquiring new avenues.
The candidate would report to the Sales Director, Mr. Subodh Nathan and will be responsible for :
- Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the Regions- sales goals
- Strategizing
- Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities and scaling up the business.
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the team, for use in planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Evangelize the product and personally help close deals
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
- Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Functional Requirement :
- Proven Leadership track record, in scaling growth, revenues, profitability and setting up the team for success.
- Strong sense of changing consumer markets, innate understanding of market dynamics.
- A self-starter with an intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent will be required to be hands-on.
- Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment.
- Ability to influence peers and top management on strength of strategic fit and hard data, and lead a business with a bias for action.
