Homepoint - Executive - Field Sales (2-4 yrs)
We have an opening for Field sales executive position at Home Point, Kolkata.
Experience : 2-4 years of experience in sales (candidates from real estate background are preferred )
Skills :
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have handled hard core and high ticket sales of minimum 1 year. Candidates from B2B, insurance or car sales background are preferred
- Managing customer relationship and ensuring sales growth
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Managing client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
- Must have a 2 wheeler
Job Responsibilities :
- Calling the leads and explaining everything about the property
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
- Understanding and handling customer's queries, concerns and requirements
- Ensure timely completion of tasks given by head and management
- Convincing the client to visit the site
- Be physically present during site visits and closing the deal
- Follow-up with the client, till the agreement to ensure our payment
