Responsibilities :
- Core member of our sales & business development team
- Guide decisions for home buyers (Inbound)
- Reach out to home buyers who've requested information (Outbound)
- Help people through their home buying process
- Recommend vendors to help with the home buying & home owning process
- Build long-term relationships with influential customers
- Use customer feedback to constantly optimize internal processes
- Improve operations by giving & receiving trainings
- Use a CRM software to track your leads
- Report directly to the CEO

Background (Desirable) :
- 2+ years experience in handling inbound and outbound calls with customers Experience with a CRM software Experience with any startup-type environment
