- Exploring, identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Promoting HRF services, which are in line with the client's objectives
- Creating proposals and presentations for potential clients as per their requirement.
- Conducting and setting up client meetings if and when required
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Developing targeted sales strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, which are in line with internal targets set by the company
- Staying up-to-date with new services that HRF offers and its new pricing/payment plans
- End to end project management - collaborating with internal teams (e.g. sales, graphic designers, animators) to address customers needs
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) for current as well as prospective clients
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
- Staying upto date on the business world, having knowledge of various industries
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive/Account manager or Client Relationship Executive
- 0-3 years experience
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proficiency in English
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
