Home Booking - Executive - Sales (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- To source clients for selling Real Estate projects of various builders by telemarketing & online / offline media Project coordinator and company representative for external telemarketers - offsite as well as onsite builder's office
- To fix customer appointments and arranging site visits for the clients w.r.t. the leads generated from all sources
- Regular follow-up of the existing and prospective clients
- To monitor the work of telemarketers (external / internal) as a Project Coordinator
- To attend and support any business promotional events organized by the company or by any builder enthusiastically
- To manage site disputes and resolves minor customer issues independently
- Location specific knowledge of ongoing / completed projects
- To provide guidance and assistance to buyers in purchasing property from builders
- To determine clients- needs, financials abilities and source of funding to suggest an investment that best suits their requirements
- To have a customer centric approach
- Performance Management & Team Development
- To remain updated with pre-launch / ongoing / completed projects of various builders by actual site visit
- To have complete knowledge about the project assigned by way of training & guidance from seniors
- To compile MIS reports of self and external telemarketers (if any) on daily basis
- To achieve regularly updated targets given by the company
- To maintain transparency and complete truthfulness in reporting to your seniors and all communications with the management
