Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns for lead generation including Adwords, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube)
- Creative ability to design banners on canva and other design tools
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Find and target audiences & accordingly onboard/execute paid social media marketing, content aggregations, and digital marketing plans
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Able to achieve ROI against the ad-spend
- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
- Have relevant experience on creative trends around banners, videos, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML is a plus
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field
- Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO, and SEM
- Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video)
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
- Excellent communication skills
