Holidayme - Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify trends and insights in the digital space and optimize channel performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and to improve campaign performance.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Propose creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition
- Ideate, Plan, Develop, Experiment and implement digital growth hacks.
- Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Required & Preferred Qualifications :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, tight deadlines environment
- Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.
- Must be a strategic thinker with analytical bent of mind.
- Should be detailed oriented with great at multitasking and prioritizing
- Must have desire and passion to learn fast & execute faster to grow
- Experience - 1 to 2 years
- Qualification - Post graduates from Tier 2 or Tier 3 Management Institutes (example - JBIMS, NMIMS, Welingkar, ICFAI etc.)
