JOB DESCRIPTION :
Hogist is growing its Services strategy aggressively around the online platform, we are looking for a Vendor Sales & Support Executive to accelerate Vendor acquisition and step forward to see success in Hogist marketplace. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Hogist Services and play a key role to work with multiple internal stakeholders and business teams to contribute on significant Hogist Service products development and improvements, and/or launch to support growth of Business in various horizons. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply.
JOB ROLE :
As an Vendor Sales & Support Executive, your primary role will be Acquisitions and Relationship Management with Vendors, which comprises of following activities :
1. To do telecalling to various of types of vendors
2. Explain our vendor role with company and benefits to business relationship
3. To fix an appointment for vendor registration
4. To regularly followup with vendors after the visit
5. Fulfillment of the signing the agreement.
6. Bridging the gap between Vendor
- Customer during the offer making & closing processes
7. Getting the proper and complete client requirements & facilitating the process of vendor in submission of quotations during the deals
You will be reporting to Vendor Sales & support Manager.
The role will be involve more working on Hogist systems, interact with Vendors, and perform daily operational tasks supporting leads
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. Any Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field of study will be an added advantage.
2. Male / Female with 0-2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
3. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English/Tamil/Hindi(Optional).
4. Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backwards from the needs of field or organizations.
5. Strong bias for action, highly organized and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines.
