Market Intelligence Analyst with Knowledge in PRM & Experience in conducting B2B surveys for Our company

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Location : REMOTE (Work from Home)

Job Description :

- Needs sound knowledge in primary research methods, collect insights from existing and potential users by interacting with them over phone calls (primary) or online survey

- Experience in conducting B2B surveys using research tools and research platforms

- Resourceful in implementing several methods to capture product demand and end user pain points. Additionally, assist in deploying critical primary research techniques capturing user persona

- Provide well-researched analysis and actionable insights to determine growth opportunities, market trend analysis

- Analyze and interpret business problems using root cause analysis, hypothesis generation, survey design and benchmarking

- Demonstrated ability to relay ideas, engage into communication and work in global teams

- Ability to gather, analyze, restructure, identify and create original insights from qualitative and/or quantitative data

- Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position, determine threats, benchmark competitor marketing activities, and regularly advise of activities - acquisitions, marketing efforts, press releases, etc.

- Strong appetite to dive deep into a given content terrain to develop expertise and distill key findings, gather, and evaluate relevant market and competitor information (scrolling through reports from BIG4 (KPMG, PWC, EY & Deloitte) & advisory firms for e.g., McKinsey, Gartner etc.)

- Analyzing sample size, designing the Discussion Guide, Online Survey, needs to have experience with preparing adequate questionnaires

- Education, Training, and Work Experience

- Bachelor's in Engineering and Master's (MBA) in fields such as management etc. (if Experience less than 3.5 years) (Exception - If already worked in research and/or management consulting companies experience over 3.5 is acceptable)

- 3 - 5 years of research and/or management consulting experience from ICT (Information communications technology) or IT company

- Experience in Primary Research techniques like online surveys, web based surveys, telephonic surveys, field surveys, Open end coding, Analysis, User Review Analysis

Skills :

- Proficiency and fluency in English, MS Office

- Statistical tool knowledge (not preferable), survey platform knowledge

- Preferred Technical Degree with experience in Market Research and Consulting

- Desirable: Primary and secondary research experience

- Data-driven: both quantitative and qualitative, Analytical and logical approach

- Delivering high quality work while meeting deadlines

- Candidate should be a quick learner, adaptable to handle multiple tasks, knowledgeable about the webinars, online conferences, and summits

- Experience in working in a customer facing consulting company is a plus

- Power BI experience in reporting tools and databases is added advantage, however not required, basic understanding would suffice

- HR industry exposure & Knowledge (Addon)

Primary Research Skill Sets requirement (One or two can suffice) :

- Interviews: Interviews are one-on-one or small group question and answer sessions. (Telephonic or face to face interviews)

- Surveys

- Observations: Observations involve taking organized notes about occurrences in the world

- Webinars

- Email Campaigning
