HMD - Zonal/Territory Account Manager - B2B Sales (6-8 yrs)

These three positions are contractual on payrolls of Manpower services.

PURPOSE :

New Business Generation through Channel Partners and direct channels with in depth understanding of key customer needs and their requirements
 
Objectives :

- Develop business from Corporates and State Government for the assigned region/territory, along with channel partners.

- Generate quality Sales leads directly or through extended partner team in order to achieve the monthly Sales targets.

- Have an existing engagement with Govt and Corporate customers.

- Research Accounts, identify key players, and generate interest directly as well as through a network of partners.

- Maintain and expand database of prospects for the territory - identify key competition accounts for direct engagement or through partners, and maintain a detailed Account Mapping chart (with Influencers/Decision Makers).

- Comfortable with Daily Call Reports and Funnel Management.

- Has an eye to capture Market Intelligence and understand competition activities.

- Develop partner's teams to tap key segments in order to build the prospect base.

- Understanding of the mobile device sales. Can train and perform effective demos/sales pitch/presentations to prospects.

- Overcome objections of prospective customers and provide support to the partner teams.

- Supporting various marketing activities from time to time. Eg : Corporate Road Shows.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT : 

- Manage critical resources of partners to build stronger relationship with their key accounts and prospects

- Manage, review and develop partners of the territory, along with direct accounts.

QUALIFICATION :

- MBA from a known/reputed institute

- 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Account Management

- Experience of handset sales, EMM solutions / ISV ecosystem will be an added advantage.

- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.

- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm. Having Strong interpersonal skills.
