HMD - Manager - Digital Performance Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Brief Job description :
As a Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage a digital marketing and media activities end-to-end - starting with planning and strategy, creative and design, execution, optimization, and reporting - across brand launches and channel partners, and also be the repository of best practices and building digital capability for the organisation. You will ensure uncompromising quality and promote a data-driven and performance-focused approach across everything you do.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- managing digital activities across a variety of digital channels and e-commerce channel partners, including on owned and partners channels web, paid digital media, social, email, and campaigns.
- data-driven analysis, insight, and initiative of digital to drive value and impact for digital marketing campaigns and activities, with ownership for business impact across the marketing funnel.
- formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords & potential marketing channels, analyzing competitors, and testing for a targeted and impactful digital always on strategy.
- ownership of individual workstreams and digital marketing programs within the wider execution and operation of digital activities.
- strategic initiative and management of new digital activities and performance with respect to defined business priorities and KPIs.
- collect and analyze data, gather insights from it, and present your findings in a compelling way to decision makers.
- management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders, across the client organizations and wider digital ecosystem, including working closing with media agency partners.
We're looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of relevant experience working as marketing manager or coordinator focused on management of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
- Solid understanding of cross-channel performance-focused digital marketing and technologies (e.g. web, mobile, paid media, social, email, CRM).
- Experience using various data platforms, user research methodologies, personalization, AB/multivariant testing and growth hacking tools to help drive business KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns (particularly Google analytics and other web analytics packages).
- Proven project and team management with result-oriented expertise working with a variety of marketing activities.
- Keen eye for digital design and user experience, as well as strong strategic thinking.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field of study. More important though is an aptitude to learn more and having natural curiosity for new things.
- Exceptional skills managing digital marketing activities within fixed deadlines, budget and requirements.
- Experience with modern project management methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc.
- Ability to handle pressure, juggle priorities and thrive in an exceptionally fast-paced environment.
- Great presentation and communication skills in English. Finnish, Chinese, or any other languages are a plus.
Reporting Line :
- Role reports to the Head of Portfolio Planning and Marketing India
- Working closely with other stakeholders like - Brand Marketing and Communications team, Marketing Investment and Sales Leadership for Emerging channels, India and Global Leadership Team and Product Platform teams.
Position will be based out of our India HO- Gurgaon.
