With a successful launch of multiple smartphones in India - HMD Global is planning to expand its team by hiring a young and dynamic Technical Account Manager.
This is one of the most critical roles in the Organisation given the strategic and business Impact of the incumbent on the Organisation which will include: Overall accountability for value selling, the high quality and on-time sales start of products
Main Responsibility Areas/Key Tasks :
1. Planning and execution of Technical Product Acceptance testing activities in conjunction with product programs and local test team and actively contributing to the Sales Start Readiness process, including the maintenance of product launch planning.
2. Closely working with Test lead and extended test teams to ensure good test coverage for quality launch software.
3. Be the focal point of local customer requirements (consumer, operator, regulator, B2B sales etc.)
4. Co-ordination of technology roadmap sharing and communication of supported technologies with customers.
5. Project owner for device variant and customization - Main point of contact for customization offer guideline.
6. Developing and maintaining customer (product team) relationships
7. Be a core team member in Local Sales Unit team, contributing to GTM.
8. Interfacing with country regulator for mobile phone related subject
9. Co-ordinating with B2B Sales lead to provide technical compliance documents for bidding requirements, MDM deployment, Working with Partners for successful deployments.

2. Develops and applies new, innovative approaches to complex or infrequently occurring problems.

2. Authorized to take decisions within responsibility area.
Key competences/experiences :
1. Education - University degree in technical disciplines (Bachelor).
2. 8-10 years of relevant experience in e.g. in Markets Product Management or Product Acceptance Management in customer interface
3. Experienced project manager. Able to work to schedules and deliver in timely fashion with high quality.
4. Familiar with devices customization area & tools
5. Good understanding of the E2E process from customer ranging to customer approval.
6. Project Mgmt, Communication, Negotiation, Team leadership, Problem solving, Execution
Position Base : Will be based out of Gurgaon.
Compensation : As per the industry norms.
