- Identify potential foreign education consultants through research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential consultants, understanding their needs and matching them with our organization's offerings.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to onboard foreign education consultants, including creating proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign education consultants, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Manage the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless integration into our organization.
- Provide training and support to new foreign education consultants, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our organization's offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a high level of motivation and drive.
