Responsibilities :
- Design, build strategies for Facebook Marketing
- Plan and execute all Paid campaigns on facebook.
- Planning & executing brand promotion strategies.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Connect and Interact with customers on Social Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Run Remarketing Ads
- Provide professional yet personalized experience on all interactions with the customers on Social Platforms
Required :
- Should be a Facebook Ad Expert
- Must have knowledge on Remarketing campaigns, Pixels, Event & Facebook analytics
- Lead and leverage Social Media to meet the brand & customers objectives, should be an expert in Social innovation, social media measurement /analytics, expertise in social media ads is quintessential
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non- functional issues correctly and clearly to external customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with little or no guidance
- Should be flexible in learning different processes and be cross-skilled
- Should have an experience of B2B marketing
- Should have experience of Google Analytics
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
