Hiteshi Infotech - Executive - Business Development/Sales (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive having both technical expertise and salesmanship. The business development specialist has to identify new business opportunities and have a competitive edge in their assigned market.

Job Duties/Responsibilities :

- Finds and assess a business opportunity in their assigned territory for information-technology sales.

- Must be able to convince a potential client of the advantages of implementing an IT solution to help improve business.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services

- Developing quotes and proposals

- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

Requirement & Qualification :

Experience : 1.5+ Years

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience with lead generation and prospect management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

- Persuasive and goal-oriented

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor

- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives

- Cold calling experience; previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience or related sales experience


- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

- Excellent analytical and time-management skills

Demonstrated and proven sales results

- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

- Skills that will help you in this role:

- Strong communication and IT fluency

- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

- Excellent time management and organisation
