What will you be doing at HipShip
- You are part of a team responsible for assuring the delivery of high-quality products and service.
- In this role, you will be the point of contact for our clients for any service related issues or booking of shipments on a daily basis. You will be coordinating with our service providers for the pickups and resolve any issues that are related to a delivery. You also will be serving customers at the highest level of high-quality product/services and ensure all escalations are resolved in a timely manner. You will be regularly speaking with the finance and tech team to help improve the process.
General Responsibilities and Experience
- Coordinating with all logistics service providers.
- Coordinating for PAN India marketplace/vendor pickups.
- Reverse pickup management.
- Evaluate 3PL's performance and put forward the improvement.
- Responsible for Delivery time, Returns.
- Conducting crime and loss investigations into missing stock and loads
- Customer care activity, where had to interact with customers in understanding their queries on Billing, Connection, etc. on phone, e-mails as well as respond to MIS reports
- Conducts training courses and evaluates the results.
- Performance Management System.
- Initiates actions if needed ensure service levels achieved.
- Working on the improvement of day to day operations.
- Evaluates results and take appropriate actions where issues occur.
Key Qualifications and Experience (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Appropriate additional experience may be substituted for education
- Demonstrated experiences inability to drive, research, learn and adopt new technology at a fast pace
