Hippocampus - Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Calling and speaking with the customers and explain about the products and services.
- Ensure briefing the customers effectively and establish a rapport and help converting into sales.
- Listening to queries and handle them effectively by providing a solution.
- To generate more leads from the customers, over the calls.
- Documenting every interaction in the system
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Knowledge and a tech savvy.
- Should Speak fluent Kannada and English,
- Good presentation skills, ability to Convince & retain the customer
- Execute calls & transactions as per standards
- Customer Service Orientation
- Maintain the database and follow-up with customers
