HippoCabs - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive who can handle all the responsibilities assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and provide responses to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end.
-Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services and perform required repairs and prepare bills for the same.
- Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within the required guidelines.
- Supervise all unresolved complaints about sales.
- Perform troubleshoot on all customer service issues and schedule all field service calls as required.
- Manage and process and correspondence with customers.
- Schedule all customer appointments according to procedures and document all customer transactions and prepare the required paperwork.
- Prepare all new contracts and handle all incoming calls for the same.
- Analyze all client requirements and assist to prepare all service contracts and facilitate sales for the same.
- Convert leads to its closure.
- Supervise all online chat sales calls for clients.
- Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on the phone
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Experience required: 1-2 years (preferably in Inbound Travel Company or Organisation)
- Any Graduate/ Postgraduate (MBA in Hospitality or Tourism would be preferred)
