Hindustan Wellness - Deputy Manager - Inbound - Healthcare Process (6-10 yrs)
- Responsible for AHT, Shrinkage, Customer Service.
- Has handle Inbound upselling/inbound customer care process.
- Managing day to day call center operations
- Has understanding of email customer support.
- Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are met.
- Working on SLA and driving the team to achieve the agreed SLA
- Hiring/certification of associates & Maintaining quality standards
- Implementation of measures to control the attrition.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports (for Cost, attrition, etc.) and presenting to company
- Sound understanding of all call center terminologies like shrinkage, AHT, etc.
- Experience for working as an Assistant Manager Ops for an Inbound process for atleast 1 year.
- Prepare and deliver information to diverse audiences ensuring that you use an appropriate communication style, operate equipment correctly and represent the values of the Service.
- Should be comfortable working in 24- 7 Shifts.
- Job location will be in Gurgaon.
