Key Responsibilities:
- New business development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned segment
- Build a robust pipeline of prospects at various stages of the sales process
- Develop and execute a prospecting plan to generate new leads
- Maintain strong relationships

- Identify upsell opportunities and convert them into sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers

- Develop customized proposals for each client
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for each campaign, ensuring accurate reporting to clients.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest data-driven optimizations for future campaigns based on past performance and industry trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the pricing team to develop pricing strategies for BP solutions.
- Work closely with the editorial teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation of BP ideas.
- Coordinate with the editorial team to ensure that all BP content is of high quality and meets the brand's standards.
- Client Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients to expand their partnership
- Campaign Strategy Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored campaign strategies that meet client objectives and align with brand goals.
- Ensure campaign strategies leverage appropriate platforms (digital, social, video, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Present campaign ideas and concepts to clients, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Market & Industry Trends
- Stay informed about current trends in media, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour to inform campaign strategies.
- Research competitors and industry benchmarks to provide clients with insights and competitive advantages.
- Share relevant trends and updates with clients to keep them informed and ahead of industry changes.
- Campaign Management
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate between creative, production, and media teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to avoid delays or issues.
