- Managing in-house social media tools to initiate listening of the brand on social media / digital platforms & ensure QC of the deliverables.

- Managing team of 7-10 ORM Associates.

- Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media and all consumer forum sites on internet

- Report and coordinate with Customer Service team to get resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensure that the response received from customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels

- Coordinating with Internal teams to ensure timely delivery on daily monitoring reports, press release trackers.

Provide timely crisis reports, identify trends & help strategic directions.

- Facilitate new business development by analyzing listening reports, share relevant insights & conduct competitive scans.

- Can manage a tight grip of the ORM operations. Escalate to relevant stakeholders. Manager trackers, send chasers, close loop with stakeholders and QC.

- Set up new listening dashboards.

- Analyse listening reports, share relevant insights, updating trackers

- Conduct competitive scans.

- Managing in-house social media tools to initiate listening of the brand on social media / digital platforms & ensure QC of the deliverables.


- Provide advance listening capabilities and strategic directions and crisis management
