Hinduja Global Solutions - Content Specialist - Digital Sourcing Experience Centre (2-3 yrs)

As an integral part of the Digital Sourcing Experience Center (GSEC), you will be working with a team of digital marketers, social media specialists and designers to deliver content across various digital platforms, in order to create brand awareness, build and promote our employer brand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Assume independent ownership and accountability of all digital content requirements across social media, digital advertising, the careers website, external job portals, blog and internal advocacy programs

2. Work with HR and marketing leadership across geographies to gather requirements and local content, and package them in an interesting manner for the digital media editorial calendars

3. Create, maintain and own a highly engaging, content-driven blog. Work with internal designers and the technical team to put up quality content on a regular basis

4. Identify and expand on compelling communication that sets the HGS brand apart and showcases us as an employer of choice

5. Develop strong relationships with the SPOCs across geographies to create a network of content champions who will act as ambassadors and contribute content

6. Ideate, create and maintain a monthly editorial calendar, and an efficient content repository for all digital channels

7. Set aggressive, measurable targets and deliver results, to ensure that HGS is regarded as a company with innovative, best-in-class content strategies

8. Provide content updates, ideas and future plans during weekly checkpoints and quarterly business performance reviews

Requirements

1. Should be a Graduate (any stream) with a passion for writing & creating quality content. A degree/ Post Graduate / Diploma in Mass Communication / PR / Journalism / Marketing will be preferred, but not necessary

2. Should have 2-3 years of experience in content writing/content management/communication

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a flair for the language and impeccable grammar/spelling is non-negotiable

4. Demonstrated ability to work calmly and churn out quality content in fast-paced, high-stress environments. Must be able to independently design and author a great story/campaign

5. Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion

Good to have

1. Familiarity with digital/social media recruitment and employer branding

2. Candidates with prior experience in conceptualizing breakthrough content campaigns (specifically for social media and blogs) and carrying them through to execution will be highly preferred
