Job Summary :

Hind Adsoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales efforts for bulk SMS packages. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. You will leverage your knowledge of digital communication solutions to effectively present and sell our bulk SMS services.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Client Acquisition :

- Identify and target new business opportunities for bulk SMS packages.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Market Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

- Track and report on sales activities and achievements.

Collaboration and Coordination :

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.

- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital communication or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of bulk SMS services and their applications in various industries.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

- Experience in B2B sales and business development.

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
