Hilo Design - Sales Role - Outbound Process (1-2 yrs)
The person should be able to communicate effectively with our customers over call and retail store and drive sales.
Skills :
1. Ability to convince the customer and answer all their queries for the sale
2. Effective communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English
3. Ability to run operations of taking the payment, raising invoice etc. and use spreadsheets to close the order.
4. Push for KPI including the number of sales per day etc.
