Business Development Manager / Core Team


- We are looking for a core position in our startup, Hilo Design.

- We are a men's apparel brand looking to scale operations through the marketplace and other partnerships.

- Looking for an entrepreneurial mindset individual who can push the growth with other channels, popups and other partnerships.

- The sales & Marketing Manager will directly work with co-founders to further strengthen the brand growth and lead sales effort at Hilo Design.

- We are looking for somebody with an entrepreneurship thought process and ready to share equity basis performance. He/She should own responsibility for driving sales to hit key sales metrics across own channels, marketplace channels, and other initiatives. Any track record of leading the team or driving sales would be a great plus.

- We are a fashion-tech platform that style assists and delivers made-to-order Men's apparel.

- Founded the company only 3 years back & seen tremendous potential and growth even with Covid . We are growing at a fast pace and we are building a strong team for upcoming growth. We are looking for a strong execution focused individual, entrepreneurial mindset to build the company at an early stage.

Responsibilities :

Sales :

- Collaborate and ideate with teams to create, develop and execute sales strategy.

- Should be able to handle inbound traffic through voice, website, emails.


- Should manage the funnel by way of nurturing old prospects and leads.

- Set forecast monthly and annual goals.

- Ensure the high performance of the organization's revenue-generating streams.

- Drive high-quality customer onboarding journey by way of the process, technology.

- Identify new opportunities with existing customers.

- Explore new channels of growth like a builder and corporate tie-ups

- Think like an entrepreneur to grow business in all the product lines while cultivating new opportunities.

Marketing :

- Drive traffic to the Hilo Design website. Set target to increase the traffic by way of organic means with various initiatives including offline and online engagement.

- Work with performance marketing team/agency directly to create better results

- Work with social media and other teams to deliver traffic to the website and generate results.

- Should be aware of Facebook ads, google ads, and other advertising mediums to explore.

Qualifications & Skills Desired :

- Should be an expert in digital marketing traditional and non-traditional techniques.

- Should be able to work as an individual contributor as well as a leader in the marketing of Hilo Design.

- Should be able to work with tight budgets.

- 1-9 years of professional experience in sales and marketing roles with proven credentials.

- Very strong strategic leadership combined with disciplined execution. Ability to craft and execute a sales strategy and a compelling vision of the future.

- Extremely customer-obsessed thought process. Strong Customer Relationship Management and sales technology skills.
