- Establish a continuous Customer engagement

- Ensure My Eicher adoption and onboarding for large customers.

- Initiation and Trials of New Digital Services.

- Drive Monetization through existing and new digital services.

- Create awareness and sales penetration for the available Digital Products.

- Competition Benchmarking

- Weekly/ Monthly Cadence

- Create customer success stories

Key Result Areas / KPI's:

- Establish & Maintain Customer connect - 100% of the customers list given (Minimum of 2 to 3 customers per day)

- Renewals - 60% to 70% over 6 months

- Onboarding on the Platform - 100% of the customers met

- Understand customer new needs - 100% of the customers met (Based on the needs expressed)

- Sale of New Digital Initiatives / Solutions - 100% of the customers met

- Competition product benchmarking

- Success stories created

Skill set :

- Good in MS Office (Specifically Excel, Power point) - Preparing reports

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Preferably an extrovert
