Job Description :
- As a Field Sales Executive / High-Value Officer (FSE / HVO), you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth by acquiring and managing merchants for our payment solutions. You will be at the forefront of our market expansion efforts, engaging with a diverse range of merchants, and driving sales and retention of our financial products. If you are a self-starter, passionate about working in a fast-growing firm, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, this role is an ideal fit for you.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Merchant Acquisition :
- Identify and target potential merchants, including large standalone accounts, multiple store/MID accounts, and city/regional chains.
- Conduct market research to understand merchant needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Execute effective sales strategies to onboard new merchants and expand our merchant base.
Retention and Cross-Selling :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
- Cross-sell additional financial products and services to merchants based on their business needs.
- Implement retention strategies to ensure merchant satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Sales and Negotiation :
- Utilize excellent sales and negotiation skills to close deals with prospective merchants.
- Articulate complex solutions in a simple manner to novice customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
Market Knowledge :
- Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and market developments.
- Share market insights with the team and contribute to product improvement suggestions.
Required Skills :
