DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Finding and closing new sales leads

- Handle and Manage End-to-End Sales Cycle - Lead Generation, Prospecting, Negotiation and Closing deals

- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients

- Attending Networking events

- Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines

- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients and partner networks across the ecosystem

- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other vital data

- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results

- Coordinating with international teams for project planning and execution located in India

- Motivating team members to exceed expected goals

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS :

- Goal-oriented, organized team player

- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Self-motivated and self-directed

- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets

- Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects

- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role

- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

- Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or a related field

- Demonstrated and proven sales results

- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

- Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and by email

- Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements

- Preferably someone having a proven track record in Business Development, Sales/Pre-Sales with prior experience in B2B Software Products/Services Sales in a similar company/relevant industry; Master/Bachelor degree in business administration, sales, management or related field

IT Global Sales - 4+ years minimum

- IT Services Background - International Market ONLY

- Know-how on Services Offerings

- Service Background is a MUST

- Exposure to International markets through exhibitions, Business Trips, Events etc.

- Good Communication Skills

- Education preferable English Medium throughout

- Independent Performer

- Any Valid Visa would be advantageous (US, Canada)

- Manage end to end Sales Cycle

- Account Management

- Manage a team of Outbound and Inside Sales

- UK/Europe Shift timings from 2 pm onwards and may have to take care of the entire night shift too as per situation demands.
