Responsibilities and Duties :

- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.

- Relationship building with the companies by visiting as per norms and achieving targets

- Ensures profitability by ensuring he earns incentives by meeting targets set.

- Create a business plan to achieve targets that meet company objectives by driving market traffic.

- Establish relationships with customers to uncover needs, drive orders, and increase the number and variety of SKUs stocked

- Influence customers to maintain a proper balance of stock and market credit relative to accounts receivable and periodically review their financial health

- Build quality customer database, territory information and have competitive landscape of territory.

- Flexibility, problem solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong team approach when working with colleagues.

- Ability to plan, follow up, multitask, and meet deadlines
