- Lead a team of 5-8 territory sales managers
- Responsible for 4- 5 Cr. of sales in the given city / state
- Market size estimation of key industry segments at city / state level
- Build relationship with Potential customers & Facility Management companies
- Recruit & build a team of motivated young TSMs - leading by example
- Plan and execute sales strategies in the given area
- Get industry insights to develop smarter solutions in co-ordination with Technical experts
