HiCare - Area Manager - Direct Sales (4-6 yrs)
Business Development:
- Responsible to deliver the planned business from the assigned Region in a profitable manner
- Design and Execute Regional Sales and Promotion Strategies to achieve Business objectives
Finance:
- Accountable for Regional P&L and Credit Control
Process & Operations:
- Ensure Delivery as per Service Benchmark through SOP adherence through the FPs
- Drive Productivity at all levels, Optimize resource utilization
Customer & Franchisee Partner Relation:
- Consider Customer Satisfaction & Complain Management as topmost priority and align people down below accordingly
- Pro-actively engage with Key Customers to improve on service delivery
- Engage in a high value association with the Franchisee Partner to ensure smooth operations in the designated areas
Team Management:
- Promote Organizational Culture & Values, keep team motivated, coach immediate reportees
- Co-ordinate with HR for Recruitment & Training, Focus on reducing attrition
