We cater to MNC giants like Siemens, ABB - Hitachi, Toshiba, Wescosa to name a few. Geographically our products reach Europe, Middle East, Africa, US, Taiwan and Indian markets. Our reach geographically is growing beyond these regions and so our operations.

Your Role : As a Management Trainee in the Marketing and Business Development department, you will be an integral part of our ambitious and innovative team. This hands-on training program is designed to groom talented individuals like you into future leaders and experts in the transformer manufacturing industry. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain valuable insights into marketing strategies, sales techniques, and business development practices.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the transformer manufacturing sector.

- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our OEM solutions to transformer manufacturers globally.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials to showcase our products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

- Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications :

- B.E. Mechanical with an MBA in Marketing

- Strong interest in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of OEM practices is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of a foreign language will be an advantage.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.

- Proficiency in market research tools and working knowledge of advance excel.

- Enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
