HI-Q - Executive/Manager - Business Development - Architecture/Engineering & Construction Vertical (2-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for BIM, Structural Engineering, and MEP Services, achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Identify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close deals.
- Develop and execute plans to penetrate key markets.
- Manage sales processes for opportunities in assigned territories/accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-4 years in sales or project management within architecture/engineering services.
- Familiarity with outsourcing/offshoring business models is a plus.
Skills:
- Proven sales expertise, ability to work independently, willingness to travel, and familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (postgraduate in Management/Business preferred).
