Heyram Infrastructure - Telecaller (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our products/services, and setting up appointments. This role requires a proactive approach, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and customer information.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during high-pressure situations.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.

- Experience in the Sales&Marketing industry.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
