Key responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and manage high-performance Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and

identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics, keyword research, audience targeting and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend, improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROAS.

- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all key metrics, develop a strong reporting framework, analytics, ROI tracking for all campaigns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skill Set :

- Minimum 4years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms with a focus on achieving high ROAS.

- Should have a minimum of 2 years of team-handling experience.

- In-depth understanding of conversions, and how they affect the overall outcome of the platform.

- Extremely proactive, ownership-driven and a strong problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Able to present and gain insights from data.

- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage complex workflows.

- Committed to results and deliveries.

- Self-motivated and willing to work in a startup environment.
