Job Summary :
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with dealers in the battery, rickshaw, and automotive sectors. You will be responsible for onboarding new dealers, expanding our market presence, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and onboard new dealers in the battery, rickshaw, and automobile sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to foster loyalty and increase sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the battery, rickshaw, or automotive industries.
- Strong understanding of dealer onboarding processes and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
