Experience
Should be from Insurance sales background having 8 to 10 years of Out bound Sales Inbound, tele calling, lead generation.
Technical Competencies: (Job related)
- Successful in driving sales oriented role(lead generation Insurance portfolio)
- Analytical Skill and able to handled huge data volume
- Should be able to create strategies to ensure targets are achieved with no penalty
- Handling P&N for the process to ensure margins are met
- Handled a span of 150 Agent and minimum 3 Assistant Manager
Soft Skills: (Job related)
- Excellent Written and spoken communication skills in English & Hindi
- Excellent Excel skill
- Client Management
