Content Producer :
- The Content Center of Excellence at Hexaware is hiring Content Producers to assist with the creation and delivery of high-quality content that engages the audience and provides information about Hexaware's best-in-class services and capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform ad hoc research to develop and produce thought-provoking, accurate, and original web based and print content.
- Develop internal and external content across a variety of asset types including press releases, social media posts, video scripts, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, sales support materials, marketing collateral, etc.
- Leverage buyer personas to develop engaging content that resonates with each specific audience. Develop compelling localized content for various global markets.
- Proactively identify and correct errors in existing organizational content such as web pages, e-books, etc.
- Leverage defined workflow and content production processes, while proactively seeking ways to improve upon the same.
- Proofread and edit content as required according to Hexaware editorial guidelines and AP style. Participate in the peer review process.
- Serve as Hexaware brand ambassador and guardian. Ensure adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Keep abreast of the latest best practices in content marketing. Continue to pursue professional development both independently and as assigned.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in both the IT services industry and the industry vertical to which you are assigned.
- Collaborate with the Content CoE team, Service Marketing Managers, and others to help brainstorm creative and strategic content ideas for both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Required :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Superior command of the English language including rules and usage.
- Strong ability to proofread and edit.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels within the organization.
- Intrinsic curiosity and desire to learn and grow as a professional.
- Self-starter who takes pride in their work and can operate under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet. Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing.
- Ability to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global context with a diverse set of work colleagues.
- Ability to write and edit both American and British English.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality and adhere to citation guidelines.
- Ability to work a flexible, late-day/evening schedule to enable collaboration with US-based manager.
