We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Team Leader for Ecommerce Process (Inbound Process)
Job Location : Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli
Professional Skills :
- Excellent command on English and Hindi language both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
- People Management Skills required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package.
- Strong communication skills - convey information effectively.
- Ability to meet or exceed targets while under pressure from your team members.
- The ability to listen to and understand the query of the team members.
- Independent thinker who takes initiative and exercises a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
- Planning and Target Oriented.
Job Description:
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Meeting target number of outbound calls/Inbound calls and call monitoring as required from the team members.
- Getting the report from the team members in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with standard capital market concepts, procedures and regulatory framework.
- Providing adequate training for the team members.
Experience and Education:
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 plus year of experience as Team Leader on paper
- Preferably Inbound in customer service.
