Hexaware BPS is looking for a Sales Executive to join the team at our Mahape location. We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Senior Executive
Company: Hexaware BPS Location: Millennium Business Park, Mahape
Experience: 6 Months Experience in Sales is mandatory
General Day Shift with 1 rotational weekly off
Education: Graduate and Undergraduates can apply
Responsibilities:
1. To help in promoting and selling of insurance products and services to its customers.
2. Giving Sound Financial advisory services and customer support to the clients.
3. Needs to deal with not only individuals but their families as well.
4. Needs to have good relationship including good rapport with his/her existing and prospective clients.
5. Marketing strategies needs to be drawn and re-drawn from time to time, keeping in mind the customer preferences.
6. Meet daily/weekly targets as set by management.
Requirements:
1. At least 6 months of experience into sales is mandatory.
2. Good communication skills in English
3. Graduate or Undergraduate degree
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
