Job Brief :
Customer Service Executives are required to answer customers queries over the call for various reasons - take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information, providing solutions to the customer & helping them in their problems
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing large amounts of inbounds calls in a timely manner
- Following call center - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identifying customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Eligibility : Grad/UG Fresher's or Experienced
Shifts : Rotational 24- 7
Salary : 15000 - 17000 In hand.
