Job Brief :
Customer Service Executives are required to answer customers queries over the call for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information, providing solutions to the customer & helping them in their problems
Job Responsibilities :
- Inbound and Outbound calling
- Following call center - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identifying customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Eligibility : Grad/UG
- Preferably Minimum 1 year of International Voice Experience
- 5 Days Working
Salary : Between 23000 - 28000 In hand
