Job Brief :
Customer Service Executives are required to answer customers queries over the call for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information, providing solutions to the customer & helping them in their problems
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Cold Calling
- Following call center - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identifying customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Eligibilty: Grad/UG with minimum 6 months sales Experience
Shifts : 9:00am to 9:00pm ( 9 hours rotational Shifts)
Salary : 15000 - 18000 In hand
