Job Brief:
Customer Service Executives are required to answer customers queries over the call for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information, providing solutions to the customer & helping them in their problems
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing large amounts of calls in a timely manner
- Following call center - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identifying customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Eligibility: Grad/UG Preferably Minimum 1 year of International Voice Experience
Shifts : 5 Days Working (Fixed Sat & Sunday week off)
Required Good communication skills in English.
Salary : INR 22000 to 30000
