Customer Service Executives are required to answer customers queries over the call for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information, providing solutions to the customer & helping them in their problems
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identifying customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Eligibility: Grad/UG Freshers or Experienced
Shifts : Pure day shift
Required Good communication skills in English.
Salary : INR 10,000 upto 15,000
