Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to build own sales team from ground up. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and grow revenue - including working in tandem with Marketing to improve both inbound and outbound lead generation
- Owning lead generation from Sales perspective and identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Nurture existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Passion to achieve 100% of the targets and drive revenue of different business units
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and progress towards goals
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in North American market would be preferred
- Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role
- Willing to travel to North America as per requirements - people with B-1 Visa would be preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and achieve results
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
